1. Wheel and Tire Condition
By booking a service with Jackpine Auto, you confirm that your wheels and tires are in suitable condition for installation to the best of your knowledge. All tires must already be mounted on compatible rims. Jackpine Auto reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if any vehicle, wheel, tire, lug nut, wheel stud, or related component is deemed unsafe, damaged, incompatible, or otherwise unsuitable for installation.
2. Service Location and Accessibility
Customers must provide a safe, level, and accessible working area with sufficient space around the vehicle. The work area must be free of excessive snow, ice, debris, and other hazards. All wheels and tires must be readily accessible, and any required locking lug-nut key must be provided before service begins.
3. Pre-Existing Damage
Customers should disclose any known damage or issues involving their wheels, tires, lug nuts, wheel studs, or related components before service. Jackpine Auto may document pre-existing damage and decline work where safe installation cannot be completed. Jackpine Auto remains responsible for its services as required by applicable law.
4. Wheel Re-Torquing
For your safety, wheel nuts must be re-torqued to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications after approximately 100 kilometres of driving following installation, or sooner if required by the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for arranging this follow-up service with a qualified service provider. If unusual vibrations, noises, or signs of wheel looseness occur, stop driving as soon as it is safe to do so and have the vehicle inspected before continuing.
5. Service Limitations
Jackpine Auto provides mobile seasonal tire changes involving wheels with tires already mounted on rims. Tire mounting, balancing, tire storage, and additional mechanical repairs are not included unless expressly offered and agreed upon. Services may be refused, cancelled, or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions, unsuitable equipment, or circumstances that prevent safe completion.
6. Business Information
Jackpine Auto is an operating name of Kloepper Precision Group Inc. Services may be performed by Jackpine Auto personnel or authorized independent service providers.
These terms do not limit any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable law.
